CranioSacral Therapy involves very gentle hands-on sedentary touch- without massage or manipulation.
The Cranio Sacral Practitioner encourages the “Breath of Life” to express itself resulting in the client’s body moving from “fight or flight”— the activated sympathetic nervous system, to the calm, nourishing parasympathetic state. The body can then repair itself, down to the cellular level. Conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and anxiety disorders often benefit greatly from this practice. The roots of these conditions tend to be physical and energetic and are held deeply in the core of one’s being.
Tools include:
• Gently allowing the sacrum to unwind. Lateral rebalancing takes place, returning correct alignment, on the left and right sides of the body structure and in turn the brain. This is often helpful in recovering from accidents, injuries and imbalance.
• Releasing held stress in key “diaphragm” gateways — allowing the body’s spinal fluids, along the back, and spiritual chakra energies along the front, to return back to normal, healthy frequency patterns. This has been reported by clients to feel deeply relaxing.
• Encouraging the fluid system, head-sacrum, to reset back to it’s integral true flow— this work allows the body to resynchronize it’s natural flow, with the patterns of the earth, for deep ease.
• Relieving a tight jaw — calms the body’s fight or flight response system, and rebuilds trust in the world, while re-synchronising the craniosacral fluid’s pulse, to the universe’s naturally occurring rhythmic patterns.
• Loosening tension found from the shoulders up — through light supportive energetic touch, encourages stress to release, allowing the brain’s chemistry, tied in to the cranio system, to return to higher levels of natural functioning, also offering clear thinking.

Reiki is a Japanese healing art and a type of energy healing.
The Reiki Healer channels a universal energy through their hands to return balance to the electromagnetic field of the Aura and balance to the chakras.
This life energy (Chi, Prana, Ki) moves through out the Universe and is at the heart of all living processes.
Reiki, cleanses the body+ nourishes the soul.
The effects can be energizing or relaxing, leading to contentment + balance as it moves through blocked emotions in the physical, emotional bodies.
Crystals rebalance energetic frequencies.
It’s best to receive three to five Reiki treatments, one to two weeks apart. Once you see yourself improving, you can space out treatments, to one month or six weeks apart.
Receiving regular Reiki treatments is excellent self-care and helps you to maintain holistic balance.
